Incinerators
We have manufactured and erected multiple Incinerators with up to 10 ton capacity per day. Customization, Fabrication, Execution & Erection of higher capacity Incinerators is also our forte.
Storage Tanks
Complete Fabrication, Machining and Assembly of LPG storage Tanks. As a member of TREAT, we have Dishend Flanging Machine of 40mm by 6 meter dia capacity . Let alone LPG Tanks we have facility to Manufacture and Machine various types of Tanks with 100% accuracy and Infrastructure to accept large volume orders.

Fabrication & Machining
Complete Fabrication, Machining and assembly of 6000 mm dia-01 Cement Plant Equipment and Air Ring Assembly.

We currently have Machines which can Shred upto 8 tons per day. However we also have an experienced and skillful team to execute and build higher capacity Conveyor and Shredder with more complex design as per drawings.

DISMANTLING, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING
Apart from manufacturing, we at Emerald Technologies have the right team and expertise for Assembly, Disassembly of Heavy Machineries & EOT Cranes and we deploy team on site anywhere in India . Our team has prior experience in successfully reconditioning EOT Cranes, Upgrading load capacity, Span modification, alteration of all Components including Electrical Panels according to requirement.

Total Weight - 350 tons
Dismantling period - 13 days
Complete Dismantling of 4 Rollers, all Drives, Drive Supports, Gearboxes, Hydraulics, all Electricals, Cables and Wires. All Components was prepped individually for safe transportation. The entire dismantling of 4 Roll Plate Bending Machine was done by Emerald Technologies under the supervision of HAEUSLER Senior Engineer from Swiss who was hired for the project.

The Team has an experience of successful completion of over 100 Projects. Emerald Technologies has successfully dismantled up to 300 Ton capacity EOT Cranes. Our team is capable of Upgrading the Load Capacity, Servicing, Re-Conditioning & Fabricating a new custom EOT Crane of any class specification at site.
